Pada pelaksanaanya ada juga tarian daerah jawa tengah yang dilakukan secara berpasangan antar satu penari dengan penari lainnya. Kebudayaan jawa tengah yang perlu di ketahui oleh generasi bangsa kebudayaan jawa adalah hasil pemikiran dari orang jawa itu sendiri yang dituangkan menjadi tradisi untuk selalu terus dipertahankan hingga saat ini.

Hampir semua kesenian tersebut dijaga atau dilestarikan sampai ke anak cucu. Mengenal kebudayaan daerah jawa tengah berbicara masalah kebudayaan provinsi jawa tengah adalah gudangnya. Dalam konteks zaman dulu tarian jawa tengah disuguhkan menyambut kedatangan tamu raja dari daerah lain.
